  16. Calculation of Commission

    • Commission remuneration shall be computed on the basis of the gross amount of the sales transacted, excluding any taxes, levies, or additional charges. The gross sales amount is determined as the aggregate cost of items purchased or rented prior to the imposition of any such taxes or ancillary fees. By way of illustration, in the event a customer procures a refrigerator and a stroller via an affiliate referral, the corresponding commission shall be derived from the total cost of these items, exclusive of subsequent tax or fee additions.
