We meet you face to face at Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld resorts. We also deliver direct to your vacation villa. Our service area includes the major theme parks, Davenport & Kissimmee.
Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed through our website. A confirmation email is sent shortly after placing your order.
Cancellations for rental items must be made two weeks before arrival. There will be no refunds for orders cancelled within less than two weeks of your trip.
All issues with rental equipment must be reported within 24 hours by calling us at (407) 440-1104. Renter assumes all liability for rental equipment issues if not reported within 24 hours. Klein's Rentals will do everything in their power to repair the item timely. If an item cannot be repaired, a team member will deliver a similar rental item as soon as possible.

Failure to return return equipment or rental equipment that is returned damaged will be subject to renter paying for the replacement costs.
