Important & Helpful Tips For Your Pizza Oven

To help protect the table underneath the oven, we recommend lining the area with aluminum foil.
If adding wood, add 1-3 pieces prior to starting the gas burner. Wood adds heat to the fire and you want to be sure not to be above the ideal cooking temperature as it may burn the pizza.
Continue to hold the knob in after the flame ignites for 5-10 seconds (Designed safety feature).
Warm up the oven for approximately 20 minutes on high, after the pizza oven have been pre heated, you will then lower the temperature to low prior to placing the pizza in the oven.
9 O'clock position is high, 6 O'clock position is low.
Rotate the pizza every 20-30 seconds max.
Flour is key to prevent the pizza from sticking to the pizza peel.
Once you place the dough on the pizza peel, be sure to add the sauce and toppings quick to prevent the pizza from settling and sticking.
Do not make the pizza to heavy as it will have trouble sliding off your pizza peel.
For safety please be sure to shut off the propane at the end of each use.
